ended up using oven cleaner and brillo to scrub the rims and still couldn't
get them to even look clean. I ended up spraying the with Rustoleum metal
flake paint. When I had the tires changed, the tire changer scratched up the
paint. In these pictures, I covered up the tires and putting another coat of
paint to cover the scratches.
It wasn't the fault the person changing the tire, just the way the tool
rubbed the rim putting on the new tire scratched it.
