I had a problem with the reset button within Mach3 resetting during a job. I posted to the Mach3 support forum (http://www.machsupport.com/forum/index.php) and someone recommended me grounding the smooth stepper board at the external power supply terminal located on the board.
Just grounded the board and will test it now. Hope this fixes the reset problem I have.
